Natural Rhythms

Lana Khayat’s paintings are guided by the quiet intelligence of nature, its cycles, textures, and unspoken rhythms. Leaves, roots, windswept forms and flowing pigments mirror the movement of the natural world, not as imitation but as embodiment. Her brush follows the pulse of living things: the breath of trees, the hush of petals, the slow erosion of stone.
There is no separation between self and landscape, her work is both a reflection and a response. Script appears like lichen or echo, merging with soil and sky, reminding us that language, too, was once born from nature’s breath.
